This cotton reusable shopping bag was designed and blockprinted/painted in Churchill, MB as a limited edition fundraiser in support of the Ukraine.

First, the background was laid down as a tribute to the colours of the Ukranian flag then a hand carved linoleum block, using black paint, was used to print the central detail. Final touches were added using fine brushes. The painting is heat-set for permanence and washability. it looks amazing.
All funds raised in the raffling of this piece (#2 of 5 created) will be forwarded to the Ukranian Canadian Congress for their aid projects. More info on their work can be found here:
